Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Sweet corn
  • 1/4 cup - Finely, chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup - Grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup - finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp - Chaat masala
  • 1/4 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp - Sugar
  • 2 tbsp - Sev
  • 1 - 2 strands - Cilantro
  • 2 tsp - Oil
  • Salt - as per taste

How to Make Corn Chaat

  • Cook the corn kernels until they are fully cooked.
  • In a mixing bowl add oil, cooked corn, carrots, tomatoes, onions, chilli powder, chaat masala, salt, sugar, lime juice and mix well.
  • Garnish with sev, cilantro and serve immediately.
