Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can creamed style corn
  • 200 gms. corn kernels
  • 100 gms. margarine, melted
  • ½ cup yellow cornmeal
  • 200 gms. cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
  • 200 gms. jalapenos, diced
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

How to Make Corn Cheese Chili Pie

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees C. Grease baking dish with margarine.
  • Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir until blended.
  • Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until pie is firm to touch. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
