Ingredients

  • 500 gms. Corn kernels
  • 1 green chillies, chopped fine
  • 250 gms. Paneer + 1 tbsp. paneer
  • 1 tsp. ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 2 tbsp. coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp. red Kashmiri chili powder
  • 1 tsp. cumin powder
  • 1 tsp. garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp. tandoori masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 ½ tbsp. oil for basting
  • 1 tsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges

How to Make CORN KEBABS

  • Grind the corn alongwith mashed paneer to make a thick paste.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients for the kebabs and mix till they blend well.
  • Grease your hands lightly and divide the kebab mix into 6 equal portions.
  • Shape into balls and flatten them slightly to form round patties.
  • Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow fry the kebabs till light golden brown.
  • Sprinkle chaat masala on top and serve hot.
