Ingredients

  • 250g mushrooms, halved
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped finely
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 1 capsicum, chopped finely
  • 100g baby corn, halved
  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to Make Corn Masala Mushroom

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions till golden brown.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste, simmer for 2 mins and add green chillies and red chilli powder and stir.
  • Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Then add salt, garam masala, turmeric powder, mushrooms, corn and capsicum.
  • Stir for 5 minutes till tender.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
