  • 3 corn cobs
  • 1 cup - flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 green chillies, minced
  • 2 tbsp - coriander leaves
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Corn pancakes

  • Remove corn kernels and cook till soft. Mash well.
  • Make a batter with the flour, egg, and water.
  • Add corn, chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Heat a non-stick griddle and grease it.
  • Pour spoonful of batter and shallow fry pancakes on both sides till golden.
  • Serve hot with any chutney.
