Ingredients

  • 100 g - sweet corn
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • salt
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 50 g - nylon sev
  • oil for cooking

How to Make Corn Poha

  • Grind coarsely 25 g corn in a blender.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds.
  • When they crackle, add chopped onion.
  • When the onions are done, add chopped green chilli, salt and spices.
  • Then add the ground and whole corn.
  • Add the coriander leaves.
  • Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook till the corn is done and dry.
  • Serve garnished with nylon sev.
