Ingredients

  • 500 g - basmati rice
  • 100 g - American corn
  • 1 - bunch spinach
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - garlic ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - cumin
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil for cooking

How to Make Corn Spinach Pulao

  • Boil the corn and cook the rice. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, garlic - ginger paste, chopped green chillies and onion.
  • When they turn brown, add the chopped tomatoes.
  • When they are done, add chopped spinach and salt.
  • When the spinach leaves get cooked, add corn and rice.
  • Mix well and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
