Ingredients

  • Onions - 4
  • Tomatoes - 4
  • Ginger and garlic (crushed) - 10 gms
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp
  • Paneer - 250 gms
  • Capsicum - 50 gms
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - as required
  • Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Cottage Cheese Gravy

  • Chop onions and tomatoes.
  • Fry onions in oil till golden brown.
  • Add crushed ginger-garlic paste and fry for few more minutes.
  • Add capsicum and the powders.
  • Saute.
  • Finally, add paneer pieces.
  • Simmer for 10 mins.
  • Allow the paneer to mix with gravy well.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and serve with roti or naan.
