Ingredients

  • 150 gm - Crab meat
  • bean curd
  • 3 mushrooms, sliced
  • 30 gm - carrot, sliced
  • 4 snow peas
  • 10 gm - ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp - shredded spring onion
  • 1 egg
  • For the seasoning:
  • 1 tsp - oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp - light soya sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - salt
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup - water.
  • Corn flour, to thicken
  • Coriander leaves, chopped, for garnishing

How to Make Crab meat with beancurd

  • Cut beancurd into 2 pieces, deep fry until golden brown. Set aside in a dish.
  • Heat 1 tsp. of oil, stir-fry chopped garlic, ginger, mushrooms, peas and carrots till fragrant.
  • Add in bean curd, crab meat and seasoning.
  • Pour in thickened corn flour, followed by egg.
  • Pour mixture in a clay pot and mix well over low heat.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and spring onions on top and serve hot.
