  • 1 cup - flaked crab meat
  • 1 - green chilli, chopped finely
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • 3 - eggs
  • 1/8 tsp - sugar
  • salt as per taste
  • 1/8 tsp - white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped celery
  • 2 tbsp - finely chopped spring onion
  • 1 tbsp - water

How to Make Crab Omelette

  • Beat the eggs. Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce and water. Whisk well.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add celery, green chilli and spring onion. Saute for a minute.
  • Add the crab meat and saute for 2 minutes. Spread around the pan.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the crab.
  • Tilt the pan from all sides so that the omelette spreads all over the pan. Cook to light golden brown.
  • Turn around. If the omelette is big, cut into half and turn both the pieces. Cook until done. Serve hot.
