Ingredients

  • 1 cup - steamed crab meat
  • 1/4 cup - lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup - cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup - cream
  • 2 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp - minced onion
  • 2 cloves - garlic
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped spring onions
  • some red pepper sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crabmeat Delight

  • Combine the crab meat and lemon juice. Leave for an hour. Beat the mixture until smooth. Then add the cream cheese.
  • Add the cream, mayonnaise, minced onion, garlic, spring onions, red pepper sauce, Worchestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  • Serve with a dip with toast squares or potato wafers. Alternatively spread on toast and grill.
