Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken
  • 200 ml - cream
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1 tbsp - ginger, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - garlic, chopped
  • 3 - green cardamom
  • 1 - big onion
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - kasoori methi

How to Make Cream Chicken

  • Grind the onions along with ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
  • Mix the chicken with all the ingredients except green chillies. Mix well.
  • Cover and cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, till cooked through.
  • Add the green chillies and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
  • Check for seasoning.
  • Switch off the heat and serve with roti, rice or bread.
