  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 100 g - ginger
  • 100 g - garlic
  • 3 - green chillies
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 25 g - black peppercorns
  • 25 g - black pepper powder
  • 25 g - jeera
  • 2 tbsp - garam masala
  • 200 g - cream
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cream Chicken With Kali Mirch

  • Cut the ginger, garlic and green chillies into small pieces.
  • Heat ghee in a frying pan. Add jeera and black peppercorns.
  • Add the chopped ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Add the chicken and salt. Cover and cook.
  • When the chicken is done, add black pepper powder, garam masala and cream. Serve hot.
