Ingredients

  • 1 packet - pasta
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 2 cups - boiled spinach
  • 1/4 cup - boiled corn
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1.5 cups - milk
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - shredded salmon
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese

How to Make Creamed Pasta

  • Boil 4 cups of water. Add pasta and let it cook till al dente (approx 11 to 15 mins). Drain and keep aside
  • Drain the spinach and grind it.
  • In a pan heat butter, add flour and cook for a minute.
  • Pour in milk, stirring continuously.
  • When it boils, add the rest of the ingredients, except pasta. Cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
  • Mix pasta and creamy sauce well and serve hot.
