Ingredients

  • 2 cups - pasta
  • 1/2 cup - boiled peas
  • 2 cups - boiled spinach
  • 1/4 cup - boiled corn
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 tbsp - plain flour
  • 1.5 cups - milk
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - oregano
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - salmon pieces
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese

How to Make Creamed Pasta with Salmon

  • Boil 4 cups of water in a large pot.
  • Add the pasta and cook until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and keep aside.
  • Drain the spinach and grind it (consistency should be like paste).
  • Heat butter in a pan. Pour the flour and cook for a minute.
  • Pour milk, stirring continuously. When it boils, add the remaining ingredients, except the pasta. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour the hot mixture over pasta.
  • Mix well and serve hot.
