Ingredients

  • 2 lb - boneless chicken
  • 3 tsp - garam masala
  • 2-3 tsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 3 tsp - chilly powder
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 3-4 vinegar -
  • 3 tsp - red food colour
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • salt according to taste
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 cup - cream or malai
  • 1/2 cup - cashew nut powder

How to Make Creamy Butter Chicken Fry

  • Marinate chicken with the above ingredients except the cream and cashew powder for at least for 8 hrs or preferably overnight.
  • Put the pan on fire, add oil.
  • When the oil reaches its smoking point then add the chicken pieces.
  • Mix well and cover the pan with a lid.
  • When the chicken pieces are cooked then add the cream and cashew nut powder.
  • Fry until the mixture is completely dry.
  • Serve hot garnishing it with cilantro .
