Ingredients

  • 10 pieces - boneless chicken
  • 1/2 cup - tomato puree
  • 20 g - cashewnut paste
  • 150 g - spinach (shredded)
  • 15 g - curd
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 2.5 tsp - garam masala
  • 10 g - khoya
  • 25 g - butter
  • 3 g - deggi mirch
  • 100 g - cream
  • salt to taste

How to Make Creamy Chicken Curry

  • Mix the cashewnut paste, curd, ginger paste, garlic paste, garam masala, salt and deggi mirch.
  • Marinate the chicken in this paste and roast in a tandoor.
  • Add butter in a pan, add finely shredded spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, chicken pieces, cream and khoya. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Serve hot.
