Ingredients

  • 500 g - chicken
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 3 - chillies
  • Ginger/garlic - 1 tsp
  • 1 - potato
  • 1 - carrot
  • 1 - capsicum
  • Peas - 1/2 cup
  • 1 - egg plant
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper
  • 3 tbsp - cream
  • 1/2 cup - milk
  • salt to taste
  • a few coriander leaves

How to Make Creamy Chicken with Vegetable

  • Boil the vegetables and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, ginger/garlic and saute.
  • Add the tomatoes, chillies and all the masalas and fry for a few minutes.
  • Add the chicken and milk.
  • When the chicken is done, add cream, pepper, coriander leaves and the cooked vegetables.
  • Serve hot with chapathi.
