Ingredients

  • 250 g - keema (minced mutton)
  • 100 g - maida
  • 100 g - oil
  • 250 ml - milk
  • 50 g - onion
  • 1 tbsp - ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 bunches - cilantro
  • 1 - egg
  • 200 g - bread powder
  • 100 g - green chillies
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • 2 tbsp - chilli powder
  • salt to taste

How to Make Creamy Keema Cutlets

  • Pressure-cook the keema for a few minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add the chopped onions, chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the keema and cook until it gets separated.
  • Heat oil in a separate pan and fry the maida for 2 minutes. To this, add warm milk and cook until it thickens and looks like mashed potatoes.
  • Add the keema mixture to the maida with salt and remove from heat.
  • Make round balls and press to oval shape. Apply the beaten egg and bread powder and deep-fry until brown.
  • Serve with onion and cucumber pieces.
