  • 2.5 tbsp - bajra flour
  • 1/4 cup - fresh curds
  • 3 pinches - cumin powder
  • 2 cups - water
  • salt to taste

How to Make Creamy Millet Soup

  • Beat curd till smooth. Add water to make smooth buttermilk.
  • Add flour, and beat well with a fork.
  • Add salt, mix well.
  • Cook while stirring continuously.
  • When in starts Boiled, simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  • Sprinkle cumin powder and mix.
  • Stir occasionally for smooth and thick texture.
  • Serve piping hot with chips.
