  • 1kg - chicken, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp - ginger and garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 - lemon
  • 3 tsp - corn flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Crispy and Yummy Chicken

  • Mix chilli powder, corn flour, turmeric powder, garlic, ginger paste, lemon, and salt.
  • Marinate chicken with the above mix and keep it in refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken pieces. Fry till golden brown.
