  • 500g - chicken, boneless
  • 2 tbsp - curd
  • 1 tbsp - ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp - garlic paste
  • 1 - lemon
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1 tsp - onion paste
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 500g - oil for frying

How to Make Crispy Chicken Pakoda

  • Wash chicken thoroughly and cut it into small pieces.
  • Mix all the other ingredients mentioned with the chicken pieces and marinate it for 1 to 2 hours.
  • Deep-fry them and yummy, crispy chicken pakodas are ready.
  • Serve hot with spicy green chutney.
