  • 2 - Large potatoes
  • 3 - 4 cloves - Garlic
  • 1.5 tsp - Red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - Corn flour
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 - 3 tsp - Oil

How to Make Crispy Chilli Potatoes

  • Wash, peel, and cut the potatoes into squares or cubes.
  • Sprinkle some water on top of the potatoes and cook in microwave for 10 minutes.
  • Drain excess water present in the dish and add all the other ingredients to this; mix well with a spatula and cook for another 10 minutes in the microwave.
  • Stop once in 3 minutes to turn the potatoes to the other side so that the masala is coated well.
  • Serve hot with fried rice or jeera rice.
