Ingredients

  • medium size prawns - 25-30
  • soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • ginger- garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • corn flour as required
  • oil to fry

How to Make Crispy Fried Prawns

  • Shell the prawns but leave the tails in tact. De vein, wash and pat dry.
  • Mix with rest of the ingredients from Soya sauce to salt. Allow to soak for 1/2 hr.
  • Add enough corn flour to absorb all the moisture.
  • Heat oil for deep frying and fry the prawns few at a time in moderately hot oil. Serve immediately.
