  • Noodles - 1 packet
  • Finely sliced onion - 1 cup
  • Finely sliced capsicum - 1 cup
  • Finely sliced cabbage - 1 cup
  • Finely sliced carrot - 1 cup
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tsp
  • A pinch of asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp (or more for frying)

How to Make Crispy Noodles with mixed vegetables

  • Boil and cook the noodles. To the cooked noodles, add cold water and filter it.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the noodles and mix well so that the noodles do not stick to each other.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a kadai and saute the onions.
  • Add the capsicum, carrot, and cabbage. Also add the ginger paste, chilli powder, tomato sauce, asafoetida, and salt.
  • Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 cups of oil in a kadai. Deep-fry the boiled noodles.
  • Break the deep-fried noodles and add them to the vegetable mixture and serve hot.
