Ingredients

  • 2 cups - urad dal
  • 4 - small onions, chopped
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1.5 cup - curry leaves, chopped
  • 5 - green chillies
  • Ginger - 1" piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Crispy Vada

  • Soak urad dal for 2 hours and grind it into a thick batter.
  • Add the required salt, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped coriander leaves, and onion and mix well with the batter.
  • Make vadas and fry them in oil with medium flame.
  • Serve.
