  • 6 slices bread
  • 1.5 cups - fresh curd
  • oil to fry
  • For masala:
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • ¼ tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped pudina leaves
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Crouton Raita

  • Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
  • Deep fry them in oil till crisp, on a medium flame.
  • Churn the curd and add all the masalas. Keep aside or chill if desired.
  • Just before serving, mix the croutons in the churned curd.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
