Ingredients

  • 1 kg - lamb meat
  • 1/4 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp - green chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - lemon squeeze
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala powder
  • 1 - onion (medium sized)
  • 2-3 pinches - turmeric powder
  • 3 stems - fresh coriander
  • 3 stems - mint
  • 1/4 tsp - jeera powder (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup - oil

How to Make Crushed Meat

  • Wash lamb, then cut it.
  • Pressure cook for 2 whistles (half cook the lamb). Let it cool then grind in a grinder for a while. Let it be crushed.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Add crushed lamb then stir well till oil mixes in lamb.
  • Then add all ingredients except mint, fresh coriander and lemon squeeze.
  • Stir it and fry till brown. It takes time for it.
  • Add coriander, mint and lemon stir. Cover it. After 2 to 3 mins, switch off the fire.
  • Delicious crushed meat is ready to serve with roti or rice.
