Ingredients

  • 1 kg - cucumber
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • a handful of coriander leaves
  • a few mint leaves
  • 1 tsp - roasted cumin powder
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cucumber juice

  • Extract the juice of cucumbers leaving just 1 cucumber aside.
  • Chop the remaining cucumber into small cubes.
  • Blend cucumber cubes with the remaining ingredients.
  • Add the cucumber juice and ice cubes. Shake well.
  • Serve chilled.
