  • 200g - Boiled Rice
  • 50g - Raw rice
  • 250g- Jaggery
  • 250g -Cucumber
  • 1/2 cup - Coconut
  • 4-5 Cardamom, powdered

How to Make Cucumber Mandas

  • Soak the rice overnight and grind it the following day into a thick non-watery batter.
  • Add jaggery, grated cucumber, and grated coconut to the ground rice, and grind it till all the ingredients are well-blended.
  • Add cardamom and just a pinch of salt (optional).
  • Remove the batter, mix a tablespoon of pure ghee, and either steam or bake it till done.
