  • ?to ?cup - fresh curd
  • For masala:
  • ?tsp - mustard powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 chilli, chopped finely
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cucumber Masala Raita

  • Peel and grate the cucumber.
  • Add salt and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Press and remove the extra water.
  • Beat the curd. Add grated cucumber and all the masalas.
  • Mix well and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • Chill and serve.
