Ingredients

  • 2 - big cucumbers
  • 1 cup - rice flour
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • 1 - chopped onion
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil - 1 tbsp

How to Make Cucumber Omelette

  • Peel the cucumbers and grate them. Remove the seeds and water as much as possible.
  • Add rice flour, chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaves, and salt. Mix well and make small balls.
  • Heat oil in a nonstick tava.
  • Spread each ball like thalipeeth.
  • Cook from both the sides.
  • Enjoy with tomato ketchup.
