Ingredients

  • grated cucumber - 2 cup
  • curd - 1 cup
  • grated coconut - 1/2 cup
  • green chillies 2 to 3
  • ginger 2 cm
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves few
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cucumber Pachadi

  • Grind coconut with green chilli and ginger to a stiff, coarse paste.
  • Mix the paste with cucumber.
  • Add salt and curd.
  • Heat the oil in a small fry pan and add mustard.
  • When it splutters, add curry leaves and add to the cucumber mixture.
  • Serve as a salad.
