Ingredients

  • 1 cup - curds
  • 2 - medium cucumbers
  • 1 - medium white radish
  • 1 - medium onion
  • 2 - green chillies
  • Coriander chopped
  • Salt and sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • A pinch of asafetida

How to Make Cucumber Radish

  • Tie the curd in a muslin cloth for an hour to drain all the water.
  • Finally chop the onion, cucumber and radish.
  • Mix them well, add the thick curd, salt, 2-3 pinches sugar and chopped coriander.
  • Heat oil in a small vessel, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and green chilli.
  • Mix everything gently, garnish with coriander and chill before serving.
