Ingredients

  • 1 kg - crabs
  • 500 g - potatoes
  • 5 g - turmeric powder
  • 20 g - chilli powder
  • 10 g - green chillies
  • .5 g - pepper powder
  • 10 ml - lime juice
  • salt to taste
  • For coating:
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g - bread crumbs
  • oil for frying

How to Make Cullieo Cutlets (Goan Crab Cutlets)

  • Chop the green chillies.
  • Boil the crabs and remove the flesh.
  • Boil the potatoes and mash them along with the crab meat and the rest of the ingredients.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Make oval patties of any desired size.
  • Coat the rolls with egg and breadcrumbs.
  • Deep fry till golden brown in colour.
