  • 1 cup- tied curd
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped, coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp- garlic paste
  • 1 tsp- ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp - crushed red chillies
  • 1 tsp- sugar
  • 1/2 tsp- cumin seeds, crushed
  • salt to taste

How to Make Curd Marinate for Barbeques

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Use it to marinate vegetables, etc.
  • Makes 1.5 cup marinade.
