Ingredients

  • Semiya (Sooji) 250 g
  • Onions -2 (finely chopped)
  • Green Chillies - 4 (finely chopped)
  • Grated Coconut -1 cup
  • Curd -1 cup
  • Water -2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard Seeds -1 tsp
  • Ghee -1 tbsp

How to Make Curd Semiya

  • Fry the semiya (sooji) in ghee and keep it aside.
  • Take 2 cups of water and salt and boil.
  • Add the fried sooji, stir well and turn off the gas.
  • Keep it covered and allow it to get cooked.
  • Take a little oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds and let them splutter.
  • To this, add the chopped onions, the green chillies and then the grated coconut.
  • Fry them together.
  • To this, add the curd and the cooked sooji and mix well.
