Ingredients

  • 250 g - paneer
  • 1 - onion
  • 1 - tomato
  • 1 tsp - garlic - ginger paste
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp -garam masala
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp - fresh cream
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves.

How to Make Curried Paneer Bhurji

  • Grate the fresh paneer
  • Heat oil in a pan and add the chopped onion, saute for a while
  • Add tomato pieces, all the spices and salt. Saute
  • When the mixture is cooked, add the grated paneer. Mix well and cook for another 2 mins
  • Add water, cook for 2 mins, add cream and coriander leaves
  • Serve hot with rice or rotis
