Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp - butter
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp - curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp - onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp - ground ginger
  • 3 cups - spoon size shredded wheat biscuits

How to Make Curried wheat snacks

  • Melt butter in skillet.
  • Blend in seasonings.
  • Add shredded wheat and toss to coat with butter.
  • Heat 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Serve warm. (Or, reheat in oven just before serving). Makes 3 cups.
