Ingredients

  • 1 bunch curry leaves
  • 3 red chillies
  • 1 ½ tsp. salt
  • 30 gms. dry coconut
  • 5 gms. tamarind
  • 1 tsp. oil

How to Make Curry Leaf Chutney

  • Pick leaves, wash and dry. Heat oil. Fry curry leaves. Remove
  • Add sliced dry coconut and red chillies. Grind all ingredients together into a smooth paste. Serve immediately.
