  • A few sprigs - curry leaves
  • 6 - green chillies
  • 6 - garlic flakes
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Curry Leaves Chutney

  • Separate curry leaves and peel garlic flakes
  • Break the chillies into two
  • Heat half the amount of oil, add half the amount of cumin seeds and let them splutter
  • Add garlic, fry it and remove.
  • Add curry leaves, fry them and remove.
  • Add chillies and fry them.
  • Grind garlic, curry leaves and chillies.
  • Heat the remaining oil and add remaining cumin seeds.
  • Add the ground ingredients and salt, fry a little and remove from flame.
  • Serve with chapattis.
