Ingredients

  • 2 liters milk
  • 1 small tin sweet condensed milk
  • 1 cup - khoya, unsweetened
  • 3 custard apples, seeded
  • Sugar, if needed
  • 5 drops of vanilla essence

How to Make Custard apple sweet

  • Boil milk, gently till creamy. Remove cream.
  • To the cooked milk, add condensed milk, broken khoya and essence.
  • Blend completely and chill till thick.
  • Just before serving, add the pulp of the custard apples so that the flavour is fresh.
  • Serve very cold.
