Ingredients

  • 1/4 kg - beaten rice, thin variety
  • 3 - tomatoes
  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - medium cucumber
  • 1 cup - grated coconut, fresh
  • 2 - 3 - green chillies
  • 1 - raw mango
  • 3 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • Salt to taste.
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - mustard seeds
  • Pinch of - asafoetida
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder

How to Make Dadape Pohe

  • Finely chop tomatoes, onions, cucumber and green chillies
  • Grate the raw mango
  • Add all the ingredients to the poha and mix well.
  • Heat oil, add mustard seeds, asafoetida and turmeric powder. Add to the mixture and mix well.
  • Keep this in a closed container for a few mins for best results
