  • 250 g - potatoes
  • 2 tbsp - curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - chaat masala
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 cup - coriander leaves
  • Oil

How to Make Dahi Aloo

  • Boil, peel and cut the potatoes into desired shape.
  • Heat oil in the pan and add the cumin seeds.
  • When the cumin seeds are done, add the potatoes and spices and mix well.
  • Add curd and mix.
  • Decorate with coriander leaves.
