Ingredients

  • 2 - onions
  • 2 - tomatoes
  • 1 - green chilli
  • 1 tbsp - thick cream
  • 1 tbsp - yogurt
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dahi Kaanda

  • Combine the yogurt and cream a few hours before serving.
  • Cut the onions and tomatoes fine, length-wise and place in a serving bowl.
  • Add finely chopped coriander and chilli.
  • Five mins, before serving, add the yogurt-cream mixture to the vegetables and season with salt.
  • Stir and serve.
