Ingredients

  • 250 g - lady's finger
  • 1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 4 to 6 - coriander leaves
  • 1 to 2 - green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • 8 tsp - oil

How to Make Dam ki Bhendi

  • Cut the lady's fingers into small 1/2 inch pieces
  • Saute the pieces in a pan, along with the other ingredients and cook, covered with a lid, on a low flame
  • After 15 mins when done, serve with chappathi
