Ingredients

  • 3 cups - whole wheat flour (atta)
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1/2 cup - yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp - asafetida
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Dashami Choti roti

  • Knead all ingredients together in a stiff dough adding water if needed.
  • Make small balls and roll out puri-sized rotis.
  • Cook on a greased griddle one by one and serve with butter.
