Ingredients

  • 100 g - soft black dates
  • 1 cup - walnuts, crushed coarsely
  • 100 g - milk powder
  • 2 tbsp - cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tin - condensed milk

How to Make Date 'n' Walnut Fudge

  • Add cocoa, butter, and sugar into a non-stick pan.
  • Dissolve on low flame, stirring gently.
  • Remove from the stove and add all the other ingredients.
  • Mix gently, pour it into a tray and let it set.
  • Cut into pieces.
  • Cool till the pieces lift off neatly.
  • Remove from tray.
  • Store between sheets of greaseproof paper in an airtight container.
