Ingredients

  • 2 cups - dates, pitted
  • 1 cup - mixed chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews and walnuts)
  • 1 tbsp - ghee
  • Icing sugar - for dusting

How to Make Date Nut Roll

  • Heat ghee in a pan and add dates. Stir continuously with a ladle till it turns into a soft mixture.
  • Add nuts, mix well, and remove from heat.
  • Once it cools a little, roll the mixture into tiny balls.
  • The dust the balls with icing sugar.
