  • 250 g - pitted dates
  • 175 g - condensed milk
  • 3 tsp - milk powder
  • 1/2 stick - butter
  • coconut powder for rolling
  • grated almonds and pista

How to Make Date Rolls

  • Melt butter on low flame, add dates and mash them until they turn soft and mushy.
  • Next, add condensed milk, milk powder, grated almonds and pista. Mix well with the dates on a low flame.
  • Take the hot date mixture and make rolls. Dip your hands in ice cubes to keep them from burning while rolling.
  • After rolling, sprinkle coconut powder on the rolls.
  • Keep it in the freezer section for 1 hour.
  • Serve chilled.
